How It All Began
Chocolade Huis was born in 2010 from a simple idea: that truly exceptional chocolate should be accessible to everyone. Our founder, inspired by years of training in the finest chocolate ateliers of Belgium and Switzerland, set out to create a place where the art of chocolate making could flourish.
What started as a small workshop in Arnprior, Ontario has grown into one of North America's most beloved artisan chocolate destinations. Every piece that leaves our atelier carries with it the care, precision, and passion that has defined us from the very beginning.
Today, we continue to honor traditional techniques while embracing innovation, creating chocolates that surprise and delight with every bite.

Master Chocolatier
The Craftsman
With over 25 years of experience and training from some of Europe's most prestigious chocolate houses, our master chocolatier brings an unparalleled level of expertise and artistry to every creation.
Each chocolate is crafted by hand, using time-honored techniques passed down through generations. From carefully tempering chocolate to hand-piping delicate ganache fillings, every step is performed with meticulous attention to detail.
“Chocolate is more than food. It's an experience. Every piece should tell a story and evoke an emotion. That's what drives me every day.”
What We Stand For
We source only the finest single-origin cocoa beans and natural ingredients from trusted suppliers around the world. No artificial flavors, no shortcuts.
Every chocolate is handcrafted in small batches using traditional European techniques. We never mass-produce. Quality always comes before quantity.
We are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices. Our packaging is recyclable, and we partner with farms that prioritize fair labor practices.
